Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all apps and services I build. Here's how I handle your data.

TL;DR

  • I collect only what's necessary to make the app work.
  • I don't sell your data.
  • I don't spam you.
  • I use analytics to improve the apps, not to track you personally.

What I collect

Data you provide

  • Account info (email, username) if the app requires signup.
  • Content you create or upload within the app.
  • Messages or feedback you send me.

Data collected automatically

  • Basic analytics (page views, feature usage, crash reports).
  • Device info (browser type, OS) for debugging.
  • IP address (for security and approximate location for compliance).

Data from third parties

  • If you sign in with Google, GitHub, etc., I receive basic profile info (name, email, avatar).
  • Payment info is processed by Stripe or similar - I don't see your full card number.

How I use your data

  • To provide and improve the services.
  • To communicate with you about the app (updates, issues).
  • To prevent abuse and fraud.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

I don't:

  • Sell your personal data to third parties.
  • Use your data for targeted advertising.
  • Train AI models on your personal content without consent.

AI-powered apps

When you use AI features:

  • Your inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • These providers have their own privacy policies.
  • I minimize data sent to AI providers to what's necessary for the feature.
  • AI conversations may be logged for debugging but aren't used for training.

Data storage and security

  • Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, Supabase, etc.).
  • I use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where possible.
  • I can't guarantee absolute security. No one can.

Data retention

  • Account data: kept while your account is active, deleted on request.
  • Analytics: aggregated and anonymized over time.
  • Logs: typically deleted within 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access your data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your data.
  • Export your data.
  • Object to certain processing.

To exercise these rights, contact me. I'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

I use minimal cookies:

  • Essential cookies for app functionality (sessions, preferences).
  • Analytics cookies (can be disabled in most browsers).
  • No advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

These apps aren't designed for children under 13. I don't knowingly collect data from children.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the US or other countries. By using the services, you consent to this.

Changes

I may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email.
