Terms of Service

These terms apply to all apps and services I build. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The basics

  • These apps are provided "as is". No warranties, no guarantees.
  • I can update, modify, or shut down any app at any time.
  • Don't use these tools for anything illegal or harmful.
  • Don't try to break, hack, or abuse the services.

Your content

  • You own what you create with these tools.
  • By using the services, you grant me a license to process your content as needed to provide the service.
  • I won't sell your content or use it for training AI models without your explicit consent.
  • If an app generates content for you, you're responsible for how you use it.

AI-powered features

Some apps use AI. When they do:

  • AI outputs can be wrong, biased, or inappropriate. Use your judgment.
  • Don't rely on AI for critical decisions without human verification.
  • I'm not responsible for AI-generated content accuracy.

User accounts

If an app requires an account:

  • Keep your credentials secure. Don't share them.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account.
  • I can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments

For paid features:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices can change. Existing subscriptions honor their original price until renewal.
  • If you dispute a charge, contact me first.

Third-party services

These apps may integrate with third-party services (APIs, auth providers, etc.). Their terms apply to their services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to what you paid for the service (or $100 if free).
  • Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Termination

  • You can stop using the services anytime.
  • I can terminate access for violations of these terms.
  • Provisions that should survive termination (like liability limits) will survive.

Changes

I may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of the new terms.
